Participant Agreement

In order to participate in "Origins: Journey Back to the Motherland," all participants MUST read, complete, sign and date a Limin' Professionals Luxury Concierge Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement (Live Event). Failure to do so will void your registration and the package currently being held in your name will be reassigned.
